Why Kitchen Academy Exists
RiseThruCulture delivers Kitchen Academy — a 4-week community cooking programme helping people build confidence, reduce isolation, and connect through shared food experiences.
Problem:
Many adults face poor cooking skills, rising food costs, and increasing social isolation, leading to poor health and reduced wellbeing.
Intervention:
Weekly group cooking sessions that teach practical skills while creating safe, social spaces for connection.
